Allow Your Peace Of Mind To Be Contagious Challenge!! 

Today is the last day of the month and boy what a month I have had 
personally.
From dealing with COVID-19, having to keep a good balance between
being MOM and Teacher at the same time, to the loss of my HERO,
my Father which has really been a really tough pill to swallow in
itself and now having to deal with another brother dying #GeorgeFloyd by the hands of the ones who are to “Serve and Protect” us as a people. 

WOW, can you tell it’s been a true emotional roller-coaster for me. 
I spoke with my sister-in-love and she asked me to keep the affirmations
coming because that is what is getting a lot of people through these days
with all the protests and riots going on all around the world. 

The WORLD needs some positivity thrown at them by EVERYONE
not just me alone.   

I want to share this with you to share with others and that’s half our battle…

Allow your peace of mind to be contagious today and everyday…

Today I will be contagiously happy on purpose. 

Things You Can Do!:: Do not allow anyone to steal your joy.
Let them Go today!

Today I will be a light of peace and joy to others. 

Things You Can Do!:: Spread that kindness shit around like it’s
confetti (literally).

Day #4

Today I will be intentional about my words and actions. 

Things You Can Do!:: Be Kind. Do something kind for others
(especially the ones in need).

Today I will love my mind, body, and soul and really do
what makes ME happy for a change. 

Things You Can Do!::Whatever it is that makes you happy, do that.
